This is a high-impact lifecycle marketing role focused on turning a large global user base into a powerful, measurable revenue channel.
You will own CRM strategy and execution across onboarding, conversion, retention, repeat purchasing, and reactivation.
The role combines behavioral analytics, segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and creative campaign development.
You will have significant autonomy to rethink customer journeys and build scalable CRM strategies from the ground up.
Working closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams, you will improve the systems and experiences behind the channel.
Even incremental improvements can influence millions of user journeys and generate substantial commercial impact.

Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end CRM lifecycle strategy and execution, covering onboarding, first purchase, repeat purchasing, retention, and reactivation.
- Analyze behavioral data to identify points of disengagement, conversion opportunities, purchasing barriers, and opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
- Design and optimize onboarding, abandoned-payment, promotional, offer, and follow-up journeys that improve conversion from registered users to paying customers.
- Develop segmentation, personalization, messaging, and timing strategies designed to increase purchases, repeat engagement, retention, reactivation, and LTV.
- Build and run structured experiments, measure incremental impact, identify winning approaches, and continuously turn learnings into new growth opportunities.
- Work hands-on with CRM campaigns by creating segments, journeys, campaign logic, testing frameworks, and performance analyses.
