Role Summary
The Director, SaaS Migration Program Execution , will be responsible for overseeing the entire migration process for Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik’s existing customer base .
This position will own the transition from legacy deployment and commercial models to the strategic cloud platform and the latest packaging and pricing models. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the migration of commercial models for cloud customers who are still using legacy models.
- Leading both the commercial and technical migration for on‑premise customers.
This role is accountable for converting migration strategy into operational execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product.
The position requires a highly hands‑on leader capable of driving customer migrations at scale while managing complex customer‑specific situations, particularly within the on‑premise installed base where commercial, contractual, technical and organizational complexity is highest.
