Join our professional team of 700+ dedicated individuals and play a key role in shaping the daily operations of a prestigious, forward-thinking institution.Internship OpportunitiesThese internships offer the opportunity to gain operational experience in one of the following key areas within Bocconi University, contributing to the institution’s activities and development in a structured, international, and dynamic environment.Global Alliances Office: supporting the development and management of Double Degree programs and other international opportunities, including Special Programs such as CEMS and THEMIS. The role includes promoting international opportunities, supporting student selection processes, managing mobility scholarships and academic recognition procedures, assisting incoming and outgoing students, coordinating with partner universities and other Bocconi units, and contributing to the organization of institutional visits involving international delegations.Internship Office: supporting Bocconi students and graduates throughout their internship experience and contributing to the management of the related administrative and regulatory procedures. The role includes liaising with students and companies, supporting internship activation, monitoring and final evaluation processes, organizing training and information activities, and contributing to the team’s operational activities and projects.Inclusion Service:
supporting the development and implementation of initiatives and policies related to diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and equal opportunities. The role includes collecting and analyzing data, preparing questionnaires, reports, presentations, procedures, policies, and web content, supporting students with disabilities, learning disorders, or other specific needs, and contributing to inclusion projects and to the Inclusion at Work program for Bocconi staff.Depending on the area of assignment, interns will acquire insight into the University’s operations and processes, strengthen their organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and develop an understanding of service delivery within a leading international academic institution.RequirementsMaster’s Degree with an outstanding academic path.Fluency in English and Italian.Work/study experience outside Italy (at least 6 months).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; analytical and criticalthinking; hands-on and problem-solving approach; customer orientation and adaptability to different stakeholders; ability to organize andmanage work autonomously and on time; strong attention to detail.We offer6 months paid internship (€1,000 gross monthly reimbursement + meal vouchers) starting from October 2026.Hands-on experience in a leading international academic institution.Train on the job and professional development (e.G. training activities, Coursera courses, English training, professional orientation activities, …).A collaborative and purpose-driven environment.Access to Campus facilities and networking events.Lavoro da remoto and flexible hours.To applyPlease send your CV in PDF format to join us and kick-start your career in a vibrant, international setting!Bocconi is an equal opportunities employer.
