Job Summary
- Lead and support business transformation initiatives, helping clients optimize operating models, governance frameworks, and service delivery across a variety of industries
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define transformation roadmaps, manage change, and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and leverage data, AI, automation, and digital technologies to enhance operational performance
- Facilitate workshops, prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations, and support decision‑making throughout the transformation journey
- Contribute to Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, and Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives by supporting capability development, governance, and organizational transformation
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position,

Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in business transformation, management consulting, PMO, operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or change management
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management practices, Lean Six Sigma principles, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Interest in enterprise transformation, Global Capability Centers (GCC), AI‑enabled transformation, automation, and digital operating models.
