Overview
In this role you drive the Italian M&A; lead generation and market mapping, collaborating with our Italy M&A; team to grow a qualified prospect pipeline. You will identify vertical software targets, initiate outreach, and cultivate relationships with decision makers using CRM data. The role combines prospecting, research, and communication to support acquisition activity. This is an opportunity to shape deal flow and work cross-functionally in a dynamic IT solutions environment.

Responsabilità
- Grow the Italian prospect database by identifying target vertical software businesses
- Initiate outbound touches (calls, email, social) to connect with prospects
- Leverage Marketing and CRM data to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Follow up on outbound and inbound prospect activities promptly
- Apply sales development best practices to connect and qualify prospects
- Track activities and maintain data in Salesforce
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or Accounting
- 5 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel
- Self-starter and independent worker
- Commercial and sales aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience with (online/offline) research
- Familiarity with CRM data usage
