JOB DESCRIPTION The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that materials, components, and processes meet established quality standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans, inspection procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with production,
engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality policies.
- Identify non-conforming materials or products and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in internal and external audits, as required.
- Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Utilize a variety of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
