About the Role
We are looking for a Product Quality Manager to join our organization.
The role is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the entire product lifecycle, from development through customer delivery and after‑sales support. The Product Quality Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives, coordinates cross‑functional activities, and supports the enhancement of product reliability, robustness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- define and implement the Product Quality strategy across the organization
- monitor quality performance of machines installed at customer sites
- analyze data from testing, installation, technical support, and customer feedback
- identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for product improvement
- collaborate with Engineering during product design and industrialization phases
- support validation and qualification processes for new products
- define and maintain product quality requirements and acceptance criteria
