Responsabilità principali
- Eseguire trattamenti spa (massaggi, trattamenti viso e corpo) secondo i protocolli e gli standard Aethos Hotel
- Accogliere gli ospiti offrendo una consulenza personalizzata sui trattamenti più adatti alle loro esigenze
- Garantire un'esperienza rilassante e curata, mantenendo un'atmosfera armoniosa in ogni fase del trattamento
- Illustrare agli ospiti benefici, controindicazioni e modalità dei trattamenti proposti
- Consigliare prodotti e trattamenti complementari in base alle esigenze e preferenze degli ospiti
- Garantire la corretta preparazione, pulizia e sanificazione delle sale trattamento e delle attrezzature
- Gestire correttamente lo stoccaggio, l'utilizzo e le scorte dei prodotti spa
- Rispettare rigorosamente i protocolli igienico-sanitari e le normative di sicurezza applicabili al settore
- Collaborare con il resto del team spa e della strutt
