Job Description As Sales Manager Lifecycle Services Europe, you report to the Senior Director Europe and are a key member of the European Lifecycle Services leadership team. You are responsible for driving profitable growth across Europe through commercial leadership, strategic execution, and collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will : Drive sustainable and profitable growth of the Lifecycle Services business across Europe.
Deliver annual sales targets and expand service, upgrade, modernization, and aftermarket opportunities.
Develop and execute commercial growth strategies aligned with global objectives.
Ensure strong opportunity management, forecast accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
Drive commercial excellence, standardization, and performance improvements across the region.
Collaborate with regional, global, and cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and go-to-market execution.
Lead, coach, and develop the European Lifecycle Services sales team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration,
and continuous improvement.
Who You Are: We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented sales leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence across a matrix organization. You are customer-focused, collaborative, and passionate about developing teams while driving business growth.
For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven sales leadership experience within the Automation and Process Industry.
Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading teams and delivering results in a matrix organization.
Strong understanding of business drivers and commercial strategy.
Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Europe.
