Overview
Join AGCO as Manager – Wiring Harness Design & Electronic Hardware to lead a distributed global team across multiple regions. You will own the design, integration, and delivery of wiring harnesses and electrical systems for harvesters, ensuring high-quality deliverables and milestone adherence. You will define electrical roadmaps, drive platform harmonization and continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As the primary technical interface for suppliers and stakeholders, you will govern risk and reporting. This role offers meaningful impact at scale in agricultural technology.

Responsabilità
- Lead a distributed global team across regions
- Own design, integration, and delivery of wiring harnesses and electrical systems and components
- Define and execute electrical engineering roadmaps; drive platform harmonization and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, validation,
manufacturing, and product management teams
- Serve as primary technical interface for suppliers and internal stakeholders; drive governance, risk management, status reporting, and mitigation planning
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven ability to lead electrical design / wiring harness implementations
- Lead and develop a global electrical engineering team and manage resource planning and collaboration
- Proven track record in leading technical teams
- Deep understanding of electronics
- Experience leading cross-functional and global engineering initiatives
