In this role you will manage indirect purchasing globally, shaping category strategies and driving cost savings across multiple spend areas. You will lead a multicultural global team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and supplier performance. You will negotiate with suppliers, establish strong relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsabilità
- Lead sourcing for indirect categories including marketing, logistics, IT, industrial capital equipment and general services
- Manage the indirect Global team across Europe and Asia




- Establish and maintain supplier relationships and conduct periodic business reviews to identify improvements and cost reductions
- Foster relationships with internal groups to align on goals and processes
- Prepare spend analytics, supplier base assessments, and cost models
- Manage complex projects from conception to implementation, including change management
- Support contract negotiations and supplier performance management
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and information protection principles

Requisiti fondamentali
- Eight to ten years of sourcing experience across indirect spend, especially marketing
- Proven ability to manage global, multicultural teams
- Experience in purchasing across different companies and contexts
- Proven contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Process improvement and reorganization experience
- Strong track record of meeting milestones and multitasking
- Awareness of cybersecurity and information protection principles
