Quality Assurance Internship (m/f/d)

Bayer Healthcare Manufacturing is looking for a brilliant new graduate to join the Quality Department of Garbagnate plant.

He/she will be introduced into GMP Documentation &Training; QA team, actively involved in the implementation of the “Onboarding training program enhancing” project and into the review of Training Qualification Profile for the personnel. In addition,



he/she will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to GMP training & documentation management activities and management of batch documentation and archiving activities.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage in the implementation of the project aimed at enhancing the onboarding training program, acquiring practical experience in training planning and design and working in cross-functional teams
- Support the review and the update of Training Qualification Profile for the personnel, learning GMP personnel qualification requirements
- Provide support in managing site GMP training records and the annual GMP training monitoring, learning GMP training requirements
- Assist in overseeing site GMP documentation and monitoring QA Documentation & Training KPIs, developing analytical skills in quality metrics
- Support the batch documentation archiving, learning criteria of GMP documentation management and retention requirement
- Collaborate with local experts in a cross-functional environment, fost
