We are looking for a pragmatic and highly skilled Software Engineer (AI / LLM focus) to join a high-impact, small,
and high-trust team within a fast-paced Fintech context .
This is a hands-on backend engineering role designed for someone who has successfully shipped and operated LLM-powered applications in production. You will bridge advanced AI capabilities with robust, scalable, and secure backend systems. We need someone who not only writes clean production code but also brings strong architectural vision, strategic thinking, and the confidence to drive technical decisions in complex environments.
Role Overview
As a Software Engineer in the AI team, you will design, write, and operate core backend microservices integrating cutting-edge AI technologies. You will build production-ready systems, implementing orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, evaluations, and guardrails—all while maintaining high standards for security, performance, cost/latency trade-offs, and data governance.
