FAO invites applications for a Policy Officer (One Health) based in Rome, Italy. The role supports policy and governance for One Health across agrifood systems, with emphasis on AMR, food safety and environmental health.
You will translate One Health into practical policies, build multisectoral partnerships and contribute to country capacity development. The position requires a Master’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, plus fluency in English and another FAO language.
