JOB DESCRIPTION
Growth Capital is a leading tech investment bank in the European venture capital ecosystem, with offices in Milan, Madrid and London, a ~90% deal success rate and over €350M raised for its clients since 2019.
For our Milan office, we are looking for a highly motivated Junior Legal Counsel who will provide comprehensive legal support across all aspects of the business, focusing on investment agreements, corporate governance, M&A; and fundraising transactions for our scale-up clients. You will also work closely with the Growth Engine and A-Road teams, supporting the negotiation and management of legal matters related to portfolio companies.
