Your Role:
As a Safety Assurance Manager you will manage, perform and ensure the activities related to safety assurance in the Projects.
In particular, manage, perform and ensure the safety acticities related to the IXL Projects within the D&IS; Italy Regional Centre Safety team.
Location: This position is open in Bologna, Rome and Bari
Your Challenges:
- Coordinate all the Safety Assurance activities on the Projects of his/her perimeter as per Safety process defined in Signaling Safety Instruction
- Perform Safety analysis, manage Hazard Log, review RAM, Cyber, V&V;, T&C; activities from a Safety perspective




- Define safety plan and manage safety workload and associated planning
- Build the Safety Reports and the Safety Cases
- Apply the safety assurance methodologies (risk acceptance criteria, safety analysis, verification and validation) defined for the Project
- Attend to periodic Safety Reviews
- Defend Safety Case argumentations in front of internal (QS, Safety Assessor) and external (ISA) assessors; define and follow-up action plans to close the findings of the assessors
- Coordinate Safety Assurance Engineers involved on IXL projects
- Support the review of eventual safety issues and their root cause identification and mitigation measures

Qualifications:
- Engineering degree (preferably Electronic Enginnering) or similar
- Italian and English operational in speaking/reading/writing for technical documentation
- Knowledge concerning the Cenelec Standards for Safety (or equivalent standards if needed: AREMA, IEEE, etc) and safety met
