Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager - Academy will develop, manage and grow TD SYNNEX's training portfolio in Italy.
This role combines Academy development, vendor management and business development . You will work with technology vendors to develop and maintain relevant training courses, collaborate with Academy teams across Europe, and identify opportunities to promote and sell training solutions to resellers, partners and customers .
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of technical and commercial training courses across our vendor ecosystem.
- Work with vendors to identify training needs and develop relevant courses and learning solutions .
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure training content remains relevant and up to date .
- Coordinate the launch and ongoing management of training programmes.




- Collaborate with Academy teams across Europe to align initiatives and share best practices.
- Identify new training opportunities based on vendor priorities and market demand .
- Develop commercial plans to promote and sell Academy courses to resellers, partners and customers.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to increase awareness, participation and revenue.
- Monitor course performance and identify opportunities to improve the Academy portfolio.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience in Business Development, Training/Academy Management, Vendor Management or a similar role .
- Strong commercial mindset and interest in technology and professional training .
- Experience managing relationships with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisational and project management capabilities.
- Comfortable working
