Senior Brand Manager – Limoncè

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Group Marketing team, leading global brand strategy for one of our iconic Italian brands: bLimoncè. This is a role at the heart of our international portfolio, working closely with domestic brand teams across our markets to shape the future of a brand with deep roots in Italian tradition.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the brand's global ambition, positioning, architecture, and innovation pipeline, translating them into clear brand key messages and a long-term vision.
- Define the brand's global identity, BTL key visuals, ATL creative platform and campaign assets, and "hero" POS concepts,



developed in partnership with creative agencies.
- Build and maintain a complete global brand toolkit for use by markets, reflecting domestic teams' asset needs identified through the annual planning process.
- Set strategic direction for sponsorship, activation platforms, and partnerships in line with the brand's consumer passion points, for domestic teams to activate locally.
- Drive the innovation pipeline end-to-end, from concept to launch, including new serves, formats, and limited editions.
- Collaborate with domestic brand teams to translate global strategy into market-specific activation guidance, supporting their adaptation of assets and ensuring global brand and hero POS consistency across markets.
- Monitor and evaluate category, consumer, and competitor trends in the aperitivo space and translate findings into business actions.
