HDG is looking for a motivated Art Director / Graphic Designer to join the international team in the Milan office.
DESCRIPTION
The profile required is a key figure within the agency in the strategic and design development of products and services. He/she is able to translate clients’ needs and briefs into targeted and original creative ideas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design branding projects (developing strategies based on the pillars: purpose, positioning, personality, values, brand architecture, naming) and offer articulated and complex solutions
- Creare innovative and multichannel creative concepts
- Realise benchmarks functional to the strategic conception
- Design and manage communication campaigns
- Experiment with innovative and cutting‑edge creative solutions
- Design verbal and creative content
- Develop and manage creative projects of a transversal nature designing the entire consumer experience
- Manage frontline customer relations by translating customer needs into innovative and effective creative language
- Develop accurate,
well‑defined and persuasive verbal and written presentations
REQUIRED SKILLS
- At least 2/3 years agency experience
- Experience in art direction for photo and video productions
- Combination of strategic, design and creative skills
- Proactivity and focus on new solutions
- Knowledge and expertise in digital communication and its application on different digital platforms
Copywriting
- Expertise in the use of the Adobe suite
- Extensive knowledge of social media
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Persuasive and collaborative skills with a creative multidisciplinary team
- Multitasking ability
- Problem-solving, determination and proactive approach are preferred personal requirements
