We are looking for the next season 2027 a Assistant Front Desk Manager to join our Front Desk team.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity.
He/She will Report to the Front Desk Manager.
Main Duties & Responsabilities:
- Support the Front Desk Manager in the day-to-day management of reception operations
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the reception team to ensure efficient and effective service
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Prepare and reconcile daily financial reports and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as updating reservation logs and managing guest lists.
- Train and mentor reception staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in similar roles like Assistant Front Desk Manager, within luxury 5-star hotels or international chains
- Excellent knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS, HMS)
- Strong customer focus and a natural aptitude for delivering an exceptionally high standard of serv
