Senior Materials Developer, Womens Chuck Global - Converse WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will be part of the Converse Global Women’s team, collaborating closely with design, product management, development, and sourcing partners. You bring a deep understanding of footwear construction and materials, combined with strong project management skills to guide ideas from concept to production. - Proven experience in footwear development from concept through production
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction, costing, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpret design intent and translate it into scalable solutions
- Skilled in managing multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with CAD pattern design tools
