We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant /Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director Central Europe, based in Milan. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership, acting as a key point of coordination across multiple business functions.
As Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of executive priorities, facilitating communication across the organization, and supporting the successful execution of strategic initiatives. You will serve as a trusted partner to the Managing Director, helping drive operational efficiency and organizational alignment across the region.
