MEL Expert for EU-Africa Space Programme

NTU International A/S is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the programme's MEL framework. The role focuses on developing indicators, baselines and data collection protocols for a donor-funded partnership in Africa-EU space initiatives.
The candidate should have a Master’s degree in relevant fields, 8+ years of experience in MEL, and strong English proficiency, with French/Portuguese as assets.
