For international company operating in the aerospace sector we are looking for a Technical Instructions Specialist to join its Customer Support and Training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development, validation, and release of technical instructions and service bulletins supporting in-service helicopter fleets.

Responsabilità
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Service Bulletin (SB) and Technical Instruction (PTD) process from requirement collection through final release.
- Analyze helicopter configurations and identify applicability for technical modifications.
- Gather and manage technical documentation required for SB/PTD development.
- Coordinate activities with engineering, customer support, logistics, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and deliverables.
- Support validation activities remotely or at customer sites.
- Provide technical assistance for documentation-related queries.
- Contribute to effort and cost estimation for customer-requested modifications.
Profilo
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in the aerospace/aeronautical industry.
- Experience with technical documentation, engineering drawings, or technical publications.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA, EMAR, or equivalent).
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
