We are looking for a Sales – Industry Geared Motors (f/m/d) to join Innomotics and take ownership of the development of our Generators business in the Italian market.

Your Future Role
The Geared Motors market in Italy is wide open — but still to be conquered. That’s why we’re looking for someone who wants to build it with us: a person who doesn’t just manage existing customers, but knows how to create relationships, open doors, and turn ideas into real opportunities.
In this role, you’ll be the commercial point of reference for Northern Italy, with the goal of growing Innomotics’ presence in the Geared Motors segment. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with our agents, technical teams, and end customers, turning technical needs into concrete solutions.
