How You’ll Make An ImpactLead and coordinate the test department’s operations, planning and implementing power transformer tests to meet company goals and regulations.
Manage logistics for testing, including equipment certification, maintenance, upgrades, and procurement of new tools.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, delivering timely and accurate transformer tests.
Analyze test issues, conduct investigations, collaborate with engineering, and report findings to management.
Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of the Test Field, proactively managing investment plans and maintenance.
