Role : Research Engineer - Electrical, Mechanical & Chemical (Remote)

Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a PhD Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves developing and optimizing advanced engineering solutions across multiple disciplines to support high-impact projects. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, simulate, and validate electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems based on project requirements
• Conduct theoretical modeling and experimental validation to ensure system performance and reliability
• Develop and refine algorithms or processes to enhance efficiency and scalability of engineering solutions
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and optimization recommendations for existing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Proven experience in applied research, system design, or process optimization in relevant engineering domains
• Strong proficiency in simulation tools such as COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB, or SPICE
• Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical, scalable engineering solutions
• Experience with data analysis, statistics, and experimental design methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates
