Role: Addiction Counselor (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Substance Use - Adolescent Addiction Specialist to work on a Full-time basis. This role involves providing specialized care and intervention for adolescents struggling with substance use disorders, ensuring evidence-based treatment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adolescent clients to determine substance use severity and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy sessions tailored to adolescent populations.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a substance use disorder counselor in the applicable state.
• Experience providing addiction treatment services to adolescents in a clinical or community setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for adolescent substance use disorder treatment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with adolescents and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals.
