We are seeking Global Logistics Project Manager to join our team in Tognana, Italy.
The Global Logistics Project Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and automating logistics workflows to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer-centric solutions across a complex international network. This role focuses on process mapping, digitalization through RPA and AI, and executing improvements spanning order capture, order management, inventory, and collections. Acting as a key liaison between global and regional teams,
the role ensures that strategic logistics projects are delivered successfully and aligned to organizational priorities.
What kind of work will you be doing?
- Lead global and regional logistics projects from initiation through successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Design and optimize end-to-end logistics workflows, focusing on automation, scalability, and adaptability for diverse market needs.
- Map, analyze, and re-engineer logistics processes to eliminate inefficiencies and introduce best practices.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to configure, test, and deploy RPA, AI-driven functionalities, and other relevant digital tools.
- Drive improvements in order capture, order management, inventory control, and collections processes to maximize operational performance.
