Your role
As a Quality Laboratory Engineer, you will contribute to the planning, execution and continuous improvement of laboratory testing activities. You will work with Quality, Engineering, Product Development and Prototyping teams to ensure reliable test results, robust methods and clear technical reporting. The role requires sound engineering fundamentals, precision and a strong learning mindset. Curiosity beyond the immediate task and an interest in digital tools and data analysis are important, while advanced programming expertise is not expected from day one.

Your role
As a Quality Laboratory Engineer, you will contribute to the planning, execution and continuous improvement of laboratory testing activities. The role requires sound engineering fundamentals, precision and a strong learning mindset. Curiosity beyond the immediate task and an interest in digital tools and data analysis are important,



while advanced programming expertise is not expected from day one.
Main Responsibilities
- Laboratory Testing, Project Management and Reporting: Plan, coordinate and execute mechanical, optical and functional testing activities in accordance with defined methods, specifications and quality standards. Manage validation requests and testing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring appropriate prioritization and follow-up. Analyze and interpret test results, identify anomalies and support root cause investigations. Prepare technical reports, test documentation and management summaries, ensuring clear communication of results, risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Test methods and continuous improvement: learn existing laboratory methods and contribute to improving test repeatability, efficiency, robustness and documentation, with support from senior colleagues where needed.
