Within the Global Field Service Operations team, we are developing innovative programs to enhance the effectiveness of our technical service organizations and accelerate business growth through digital processes, global governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for a motivated Management Engineering student eager to contribute to a high-visibility international project, collaborating with global teams across Service, Sales, HR, and Communications. The intern will support the design, standardization, and implementation of a global Field Service process transformation program, gaining hands-on experience in Operations Excellence, Program Management, Change Management, and Business Transformation.
How You'll Make An Impact Process & Operations Excellence Analyze and document global business processes.
Support the creation of process maps, workflows, and operating procedures.
Contribute to process standardization across countries and regions.
Project Management Support the coordination of international projects and cross-functional workstreams.
Monitor activities, milestones, risks, and corrective actions.
Prepare progress reports and materials for international meetings.
Data Analysis & KPI Management Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
Support KPI definition and project performance tracking.
Training & Change Management Collaborate in the preparation of training materials and operational guides.
