In this role you will lead a team of two data scientists while staying hands-on in delivery yourself. You will bring not only technical expertise but also a deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
The work you and your team produce will directly influence decision-making and help shape the future of our organization through actionable insights drawn from complex datasets.As a Data Science Lead, you will set the direction and priorities for the team, coach your data scientists in their technical and professional growth, and personally own the most complex projects end to end. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers, to design and implement data-driven solutions that align with the company’s goals, translating complex data into business value through machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.This is deliberately a hybrid role.
