Would you like to join a young, passionate and dynamic team and work on challenging transformation projects in Milan?
TNP Italia is looking for motivated and curious talents to join our consulting teams for a 6-month internship . You will contribute to transformation and operational improvement projects across several sectors such as fashion, automotive, retail, banking, insurance and other service industries.
You will work on projects focused on process optimization, operational performance, digital transformation and data-driven decision making , collaborating closely with clients while developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In addition, you will actively participate in the development of the first TNP office in Italy , supporting its growth and positioning in the market.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Consulting Missions
You will be part of a team of consultants and actively contribute to client engagements, including:
- Analyzing business and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Struc
