i tuoi incarichi At Bosch Rexroth , within our Graduate Specialist Program (GSP), you will join the Sales Construction Machinery team, in a truly international environment, and will play a key role in driving innovation within the Mobile sector. This is a unique opportunity to blend cutting-edge technology with hands-on application engineering and strategic customer partnerships. As a Junior Sales Engineer , you will be a sales and technical partner for our customers and a key contributor to the development and promotion of Bosch Rexroth Mobile solutions. You will:
- Drive innovation by promoting our full Mobile portfolio — from hydraulic components to electronics and software, electric motors, inverters, and IoT services.
- Build strong partnerships with the local Application team and our Headquarters in Germany, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous growth.
- Own projects end-to-end ,
from defining technical specifications together with customers to supporting implementation onsite when needed.
- Understand and anticipate market trends , guiding customers toward the most effective and forward-looking solutions.
- Grow internationally , gaining specialized expertise in Mobile applications through structured training programs in Italy and Germany.
- Seal the deal , You will manage the negotiation and define agreements with our partners
il tuo profilo
- Education: MSc in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience: ~ 1 years of relevant experience or internship in a technical/application environment (preferred)
- Work style: Analytical mindset, results-driven approach, strong collaboration skills, business acumen, and pragmatism
- Mindset: Curiosity for industrial and technological topics, continuous learning attitude, and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
