About the Role
We are looking for a new team member to join our Purchasing Department in Bologna with a focus on sourcing custom-designed components (HNB, Maker).
The selected candidate will manage the procurement process, supporting supplier selection, request for quotations,
commercial negotiations, and purchase order management.
Main responsibilities include:
Analyze internal purchasing needs and manage requests;
Research and select suppliers;
Request and evaluate commercial offers;
Negotiate prices and purchasing conditions;
Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries;
Verify documentation and support the supplier accounting process;
Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams for material inspections;
Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
What You Need to Be Successful
Diploma or Degree (preferably in a technical field as Mechanical, Automation or Automotive Engineering);
Between 5 and 7 years of previous experience in purchasing, focusing on mechanical components;
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems;
Proficiency in English, both written and oral;
