You will own process performance, troubleshoot issues on the shop floor, and drive continuous improvement in tooling, fixtures, and process control.
You will collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, tooling, and engineering teams to ensure heat-treatment processes are capable, repeatable, and production-ready.
