We are seeking an Account Executive to help establish and grow Forwood’s presence across Italy.
This is a new and important role for Forwood, focused predominantly on new business acquisition. This role requires an enterprise sales professional who can engage credibly at executive level, shape regional sales strategies, build strong networks, and advise on the best go‑to‑market approach for the region.

Establish and grow Forwood’s enterprise sales presence across Italy, helping shape a regional go‑to‑market approach for high‑risk industries where fatality prevention technology can deliver meaningful operational impact.
Drive predominantly new business acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, developing and closing large-scale enterprise SaaS opportunities with major organisations in high‑risk environments.
Tailor sales strategies to local customer needs, industry priorities, partner opportunities and market conditions.
Build, manage and convert a high‑value new business pipeline, ensuring activity, deal progression and revenue targets are achieved within agreed timeframes.
Lead executive‑level sales engagement, including discovery, strategic account planning, proposals, presentations, negotiation and deal closure.
