WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Drive business development in Italy: identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities and new markets
- Act as product expert for passive components
- Enable and support distributor FAEs and sales teams through joint visits, technical consulting, and local commercial support
- Deliver technical product trainings to distributors and FAE community, highlighting technological trends and USPs of push products
- Coordinate and manage design-in activities at end customers in partnership with distributors, ensure project follow-up and conversion
- Understand customer requirements (commercial and technical), nurture relationships, and provide solution-oriented advice
- Maintain and establish long-term relationships with distributors and end customers while ensuring open communication with internal stakeholders
- Monitor competitors and perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Success is measured by demand creation, project generation, and POS growth in the region
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-driven role or engineering position with customer interaction
