About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to support our growing business in Italy. The role covers HR compliance, organisation, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR compliance and employee relations in line with Italian labour law and applicable CCNLs.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, contracts and HR documentation.
- Support organisation design, workforce planning and job structure.
- Coordinate performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Manage compensation & benefits, salary reviews, bonuses and payroll-related HR matters.
- Lead recruitment for key positions and support workforce planning.
- Provide HR advice and support to managers on day-to-day people matters.
- Prepare HR reports and support regional HR projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of Italian employment law, HR compliance and CCNL.
- Solid experience in C&B;, performance management, organisation and recruitment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Italian and good Mandarin.
- Independent, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
