The position is based at our headquarters in Modena and the candidate will be required to work directly from our Modena office.
What you will do:
As a Front Office Specialist, you will:
- present a proper corporate image to all of those who contact the company;
- welcome visitors and be the point of reference for practical information for customers, visitors, and employees from other offices;
- be in charge of the reception/front desk, filtering and sorting incoming calls;
- manage daily activities such as shipping, arranging transportation and booking meeting rooms for guests;
- support the organization and coverage of reception shifts, helping ensure continuity of front office services during absences, holidays, and peak period
