About the role
As Store Manager , you’ll be the heart of the store: leading the team, driving performance and bringing the Flabelus universe to life every day.
You’ll combine a strong commercial mindset with warm, inspiring leadership, creating a space where both customers and the team feel connected,
motivated and part of something special.
We’re looking for someone energetic, intuitive and results-driven, who knows how to turn strategy into action while keeping the magic alive on the shop floor.

- Create a warm, memorable and personalised experience for every customer who walks through the door.
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while always protecting the quality of the customer experience.
- Analyse key KPIs such as sales, conversion, average basket and individual performance, turning insights into clear actions.
- Build genuine customer relationships and encourage loyalty through thoughtful, personal service.
