Your Role
We are looking for a Talent Development Manager who will develop and execute training plans, implement development programs,
and lead the annual performance appraisal rollout at the global level to support the Company's strategy. In this role, you will define and deliver content and tools focused on building and developing required competencies, in line with Company Culture and HR strategy. The Talent Development Manager is a pivotal figure dedicated to cultivating the organization's most valuable asset: its employees. This role focuses on enhancing employees' skills, knowledge, and competencies to drive organizational success and ensure a continuous pipeline of talent.
