We're now looking for a Professional Services Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Florence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and playing a key role in bringing innovative technology solutions to life.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Professional Services Specialist, you'll support customers throughout their implementation journey,
helping ensure a smooth transition from solution design through to successful service adoption.
You'll work closely with customers, engineering teams, project managers, and support specialists to deliver high-quality technical solutions and an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading customer onboarding, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Understanding customer requirements and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Configuring and customising products, platforms, and applications to meet customer expectations.
- Setting up and maintaining customer laboratories, demo environments, and trade show demonstrations.
- Supporting customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product introductions, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
- Assisting with pilot installations, local deployments, certifications, and technical rollouts.
