POSITION TITLE: CMM Programmer
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program, setup, and operate CMM equipment using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent.
- Develop inspection programs from customer prints, CAD models, and GD&T; requirements.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and PPAP inspections.
- Interpret complex drawings, specifications, and GD&T; symbols.
- Analyze inspection data and create dimensional reports for production and engineering teams.
- Validate product conformance to customer and internal quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing CMM programs for efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and optical measurement equipment.
LOCATION: Milan, MI
PAY RATE: $30-$37/hr+ (dependent on experience)

This is a Permanent position based out of Milan, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $76960.00/yr.

including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
