What you would do as our Systems Engineer
Reporting to the relevant technical or sales leadership, you will act as a key technical point of contact between customers, the Sales team, and internal stakeholders. You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, combining consultative pre-sales with hands-on implementation and assist.
You would also be responsible for:
• Assisting the Sales team in gathering customer requirements and designing tailored access control and security solutions.
• Assisting customers and partners through technical meetings, solution demonstrations and training activities.
• Assisting with the configuration, and implementation of security systems and related integrations.
• Providing technical assistance, troubleshooting and training to customers and partners.
• Working with Product and Engineering teams by collecting field feedback to improve solutions and drive innovation.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience working in technical roles such as Systems Engineer, Security Technician, Technical Support Engineer, Service Engineer, Installation Engineer, Field Engineer or similar, with exposure to physical security systems such as access control, CCTV, video management, intrusion alarms or related technologies.
• Has a fluent level of English and Italian (minimum B2).
• Has a good knowledge of IT and networking fundamentals, including IP networks and client-server environments.
• Is comfortable configuring, troubleshooting and assisting integrated security solutions.
• Enjoys working directly with customers and helping them solve technical challenges.
