Job Title: Learning & Development Consultant
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Hours: Part-time, varying according to engagement demand
Location: Remote
Rate: $70.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate upon selection
Engagement: Through March 31, 2027

Role Overview

CTM Unlimited is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to support two active enterprise AI enablement programmes.

This is a hands-on consulting role supporting a multi-workstream engagement spanning learning, enablement, change management and communications across a large, complex organisation. The programmes are expanding to cover new AI use cases and tools, including Adobe Firefly across a broad Creative Cloud user base.

The successful candidate will lead the design, development and delivery of training and enablement assets across both programmes.

This is not a traditional curriculum design role. We are looking for someone who can move quickly, work across multiple tools and audiences, and create practical enablement content that helps people confidently adopt new technology.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development and Content

- Design and produce role-based training guides, walkthroughs and how-to resources tailored to different personas and use cases.
- Develop and maintain the enablement asset library across both enterprise AI programmes.
- Create use-case-specific learning materials and Adobe Firefly rollout content for a broad Creative Cloud user base.
- Refresh and update existing training content as new AI capabilities and tools are introduced.
- Ensure learning assets are clear, current, practical and easy for users to apply independently.

AI Tool Rollout and Enablement

- Design and execute enablement for the Adobe Firefly rollout across a broad Creative Cloud user base.
- Develop distinct messaging and learning paths for GenAI channel users and the wider creative population.
- Establish and manage post-launch support mechanisms such as office hours, Q&A; forums and other adoption support.
- Sequence enablement activities across concurrent AI rollouts while taking change saturation into consideration.
- Work closely with the wider programme team to ensure training and enablement align with technical rollout schedules.

Leadership and Stakeholder Enablement

- Facilitate leadership alignment sessions focused on programme direction and priorities.
- Prepare and facilitate sessions with senior stakeholders, including navigating ambiguity and evolving programme priorities.

- Support champion networks with targeted enablement content and readiness materials.
- Work across different stakeholder groups and tailor learning approaches to their needs.

Adoption Tracking and Reporting

- Track adoption and usage across programme tools and the Adobe Firefly rollout.
- Report adoption progress to programme leadership.
- Translate adoption and usage data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Monitor adoption health and recommend adjustments to the enablement approach where required.

Programme Coordination

- Maintain the Coda workspace for enablement-related trackers, pages and views.
- Compile and distribute weekly status reports for the L&D; and enablement workstreams.
- Maintain action items and decision logs.
- Support coordination across both programme workstreams.

What You Will Own

- Enablement asset design and format
- Training delivery sequencing and scheduling
- Adoption tracking approach and reporting cadence
- Office hours and post-launch support model

What You Will Recommend

- Prioritisation when rollout timelines become compressed
- Escalation of adoption risks to the Engagement Partner
- Cross-programme L&D; coordination across both workstreams

What You Will Collaborate On

- Messaging tone and content with the Change & Communications Lead
- Persona definition and use-case mapping with the wider programme team
- Client-facing asset standards with the Engagement Partner

What This Role Is Not

- This is not a generalist Change Management role. The focus is on learning, enablement and training rather than the broader change strategy.
- This is not a content-only role. You will be responsible for understanding whether the content you create is actually driving adoption.
- This is not a passive order-taking role. You will be expected to use your professional judgement, challenge unrealistic timelines and identify when content is or is not ready for an audience.
- This is not a Project Manager role. Some coordination is required, but the primary responsibility is making enablement happen.
- This is not a full-time embedded position.

This is a tempo parziale independent contractor engagement requiring the ability to manage your own schedule.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Enablement Consulting.
- Demonstrated experience creating learning and enablement content that successfully reaches users in complex organisations.
- Proven experience delivering technology enablement programmes, ideally involving enterprise software rollouts, digital transformation or AI/GenAI adoption.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholder personas and creating tailored learning experiences for different audiences.
- Comfortable facilitating sessions with senior leaders and supporting direction-setting conversations.
- Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to produce polished, professional learning assets.
- Experience measuring adoption and translating usage data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Experience working within a consulting or advisory environment.
- Ability to work independently with limited infrastructure and oversight.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini as part of your regular workflow.
- Previous 1099 independent contractor experience is preferred.

Preferred Characteristics

The ideal candidate:

- Can translate complex technology and multi-tool rollouts into clear, practical learning experiences.
- Works at programme speed and can balance quality with fast-moving delivery requirements.
- Has experience working with creative, design or Creative Cloud-related teams.
- Can bring structure to ambiguous and evolving requirements.
- Is highly self-directed and requires minimal oversight.
- Is comfortable working at the intersection of Learning & Development, Change Management and technical delivery.
- Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understands that successful enablement is measured not only by content delivered, but by whether users actually adopt and use the technology.

About the Engagement

You will support two enterprise AI enablement programmes within a large, complex organisation. The engagement will focus on helping users understand, adopt and effectively use new AI tools and capabilities.

The role offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact enterprise AI transformation programme, with particular focus on learning, enablement and adoption.
