Role Description
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry department in the Villa, supporting guest needs throughout their stay while upholding the highest standards of service and hospitality at all times.
You will oversee and guide the housekeeping team, ensuring consistent quality across the villa and commons area.
Key Responsabilities
- Lead daily walkthroughs and inspections, ensuring rooms are guest-ready and meet quality standards prior to arrival
- Supervise a motivate the housekeeping team providing feedback and reporting on performance to the direct manager
- Resolve guest concerns and requests promptly, keeping management informed
- Personalise service to guest preferences wherever possible
- Manage inventory and supply levels, ensuring standards are maintained
- Safeguard guest privacy and confidentiality
- Cooperate proactively with other departments
- Maintain a courteous and professional manner with guests, colleagues and supplier
