What impact will you make?
We are looking for a Junior candidate to join the Sales & Service team at Deloitte Digital, in Milan, who will work in Hybrid mode.
Sales & Service at Deloitte supports clients in identifying solutions and organizational models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, including through the adoption of new technologies.
You will be involved in digital transformation activities in the Sales and Service area throughout the entire project lifecycle: from strategic definition to requirements analysis, from architecture design to functional application development, up to its technological delivery.
Your Role
- Collecting, analyzing, and defining functional and business requirements;
- Supporting clients in defining their digital strategy and creating operational models in the Sales and Service areas;
- Proactively collaborating with the project team to achieve common goals.
Winning Requirements
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or technical-scientific disciplines;
- Academic background with a focus on digital transformation and Sales & Service processes;
- Passion for technology and its business impacts;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
- Availability for national and international travel.
What we offer
The expected remuneration for the Analyst position is between EUR 26,500 and EUR 31,000 gross per year.
In case of an internship, an internship allowance is provided.
The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi.
The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position.
