the horizon. ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA Opening in mid-2026 on Via
Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will
be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior
designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of
la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. The
property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a
spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking
views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome. Join Experimental and

hospitality come together on the Roman scene. ABOUT THE JOB In
collaboration with the Host/Hostess, you will support the guest
experience and ensure a warm and professional welcome. As a Junior
Host/Hostess, your responsibilities will include: Welcoming guests
and ensuring a warm and personalized first impression. Assisting
the Host/Hostess with guest arrivals, seating, and guest flow
throughout the service. Supporting the organization of the seating
plan according to service flow and guest volume. Assisting with
reservation requests by phone and email. Providing information to
guests and ensuring their requests are handled with care.
Contributing to delivering an excellent guest experience in
collaboration with the restaurant team. ABOUT YOU A first
experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or customer-facing
roles is a plus. Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal
skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passionate about guest experience and delivering high-quality
service. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
You communicate easily in Italian (knowledge of English is a plus).
