The role supports plant safety, reliability, and emergency response on a rotating shift.We can count on you for:Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, drives, instrumentation, and power distribution.Support a strong safety culture and follow all safety protocols (including NFPA 70E).Respond to emergency and scheduled maintenance work orders.Participate in reliability improvement initiatives and the Emergency Response Team.Collaborate with team members and provide technical support.Document maintenance activities and irregularities.Be available for emergency call-in situations as neededYou can count on us for:The position plays a critical role in the business's success.It allows opportunities to expand networking internal & external, collaborate with various functions, and continue to grow your career.You will bring:Associate Degree in Maintenance, Electrical, or Instrumentation Technology OR Minimum 5 years’ industrial I/E maintenance experienceStrong knowledge of electrical safety and industry standards (e.G.,
NFPA 70E)Experience with:Electrical systems & power distributionVariable speed drives & control systemsProcess instrumentation (temperature, pressure, level, etc.)Familiarity with SAP or other CMMSMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnExperience in chemical or carbon fibers manufacturing a plusCore CompetenciesStrong decision-making for safety and productionSelf-motivated and independentCustomer-focused, collaborative, and communicativeYou will get:Competitive salary and benefits packageThe U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $37.13 - $42.44 per hour. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes premio and/or other incentives.16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulationsTraining platform for all employeesFree well-being sessions (physical and psychological)Additional information:This role requires availability for a rotating shift schedule with 12-hour shifts (7–7). Candidates must be able to work both day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays,
